We’ve identified 3 priorities for 2020:
USP (Unique Selling Proposition)
Our overall strategy is to market and promote our rural, 4 season, lower cost, high quality of life, combined with our incredible startup ecosystem, which we are building and strengthening.
Retention & Expansion
Our main focus will be to target 30 high potential growth companies and undertake a business retention and expansion initiative.
We will continue to service local businesses based on their needs for our services and those within the ecosystem.
Our main focus is to attract investment from the GTA, Simcoe County and possibly International locations to Innisfil Accelerates @ 8000 Yonge Street. We are targeting 15 Startups to be attracted in 2020.
Our marketing will focus on defining and refining target market profiles, creating awareness regarding Innisfil through paid and earned media (public relations) regarding our offering, and network marketing/networking (meeting with key targets).
Almost everything we do is a project and almost every project has a product as part of its deliverable. We create products to use as economic tools in our tool box.
