Allan Goodman is a partner in a business law group, and co-heads the Technology Group at Goodmans. His practice focuses on corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and regulatory compliance matters. He acts for a broad range of issuers and underwriters on corporate finance transactions, including public offerings and private placements. Allan also provides advice to boards of directors and special committees with respect to governance and compliance matters.
Luke is an associate in a business law group at Goodmans. He is developing his practice in corporate law, securities law, mergers and acquisitions and employment law. Luke represents public companies on their public offerings and corporate financings and he advises on corporate governance and disclosure obligations. Luke also assists public and private companies in merger and acquisition transactions and employment matters.
Tom is an associate in a business law group at Goodmans. He is developing his practice in corporate law, securities law, and mergers and acquisitions. Tom frequently represents public companies, acting on public offerings as well as advising on corporate governance and continuous disclosure obligations. He also represents companies involved in contested shareholder matters, and has acted for both dissident shareholders and boards of directors. Tom also regularly assists public and private companies in relation to merger and acquisition transactions.
